These terms govern your use of autoai-services.com and services provided by AutoAI Services, a d/b/a of PJW Investing Ventures LLC.
Services
AutoAI Services installs and manages AI-powered call answering, text messaging, lead follow-up, scheduling, and CRM systems for businesses. Specific deliverables and fees are set out in each client's service agreement.
SMS Terms
- Program: AutoAI Services customer and lead communications.
- Description: Messages about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, and service updates.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP or contact parker@autoai-services.com / (949) 818-6777.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
